Marshpoint PTA Updates for Ms. Stephens's 3rd Grade Class (2023-24)

  The Marshpoint Fall Festival is this Friday! We have the candy! The props! The activities! But we still need volunteers.   Boo Bags are for sale!  These are cute bags filled with small trinkets that the kids enjoy. Send $2 cash to school with your student, and your student can buy a Boo Bag in the school's atrium between 8:45-9:15 a.m.  This fundraiser will run through October 31.

 

Here are the Fall Festival updates you've been waiting for! WHEN IS THE FESTIVAL? Friday, October 27, during the school day. 10am - 12pm:  kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd grades 12pm - 1pm:  pre-k 1 pm - 3pm:  3rd, 4th, & 5th grades Our 3rd graders will visit the Activity Trail from 1-1:40; the Trunk-or-Treat from 1:40-2:20; and the Dance Zone from 2:20-3. HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER ON THE FESTIVAL DAY? There are two sign-up sheets! One is for  the third grade Trunk-or-Treat booth  and the other is for  general volunteering at the festival . HOW CAN I HELP SET-UP BEFORE THE FESTIVAL? Set-up will take place the afternoon before the festival, Thursday, October 26, starting at 4:15 p.m. Set-up will take the place of the scheduled PTA meeting. HOW MUCH DOES THE EVENT COST AND HOW CAN I PAY? Cost is $7 per student, which will include Kona Ice, and may be paid using a credit card on  Givebacks .  Of course, larger donations are welcome.  The funds h...
